I've only got a couple on a lure. Both times I think the carp mistook it for a yabbie. I would try twitching them across the bottom.

That's a good size mud sucker crouchiee, maybe the colder weather slows down their feeding ? just a guess as I don't target carp.crouchiee wrote:fished the lake last night and pulled a 3kg out carp but cant seem to get anything else its like there arnt any bites or nothing used dough

Anyone fished there recently? I live kind of close to there but have never caught anything.... is it still worth fishing for carp??

At the bit where the creek runs into the lake or where the waterfall part/dam wall is? So you have caught fish and i'm guessing they were all carp?
Yeah, every time I go I always try to avoid the ducks but it is pretty hard :oops:
