Went down to werribee early Saturday n car park n grass parking was full, whiting comp on.
So decided to go to avalon for first time.

Get's really shallow on way out from avalon ramp, never fished here so just stuck around channel.

Burleyed up a decent pack of gars near a green marker stick.
Smallest gars I have ever seen.
Caught couple of undersize pinky.

Next time I will head past bird rock n explore quarries.
First time out since December so was happy just to get on the water again.
