Maybe it's not there all the time then. Pulling bream off the pylons is fun but I'd like to nab a lizard every now and again.

I've also had the same problem as IndiaFailAle. When I flick plastics and let it sink to the bottom and reel it back I'm constantly removing the thin layers or weed/algae.

Yes. Mornington. Frankston. Seaford. All piers have fatties.
