Flatties in great numbers (off Williamstown area)

Post by LINwAd » Tue Jun 12, 2018 8:35 am

Well managed to get picked up from Gem pier by Mark and we went out on the boat and did some drifting around the area, picking up a heap of flatties, managing double hook ups and having a ball.

The only thing we used was soft plastics, way more fun and effective then bait on these fish!

There is great numbers of flatties around the Williamstown area at the moment, landbased and by boat... A cold time of year to go out, but good fun still.

What's the weirdest thing everyone has caught a flathead on? :water:

That’s another great vid mate!
I much rather catch them with plastics than bait as well!
