Clifton springs 30 sep

Headed out around 1pm. Flat as glass and sunshine, just a perfect day for fishing. Sounded around the channels but didn't pick anything up so we dropped anchor anyway. From there the flathead were coming in like we were st a trout farm. Most undersize with maybe one keeper every 20 undersize. After a while got over that so headed to the muscle farms for whiting or squid. Unfortunately that was quiet, again just a few undersize fj flatties.

In the end we took home 3 just over size, a 38cm flat tie and a single kgw. Oh and the missus caught a 8cm pinkie. Our first for the season.
