Fishing Altona From Seadoo Fish Pro with Video

Post by thebigal_au » Mon Mar 04, 2019 7:18 pm

Hi everyone
Thought I’d share a video from the weekend - https://youtu.be/weOq3gV7INc

We hosted a small get together for Seadoo jet ski owners who are into fishing. Myself and a mate fished from a Seadoo 155 Fish Pro Jet Ski. A really cool watercraft. Despite the 40k winds we still had an enjoyable morning with a great bunch of locals, whilst catching a few fish including several flathead, snook, pinkies and squid. All fish were caught using my 1-4k rod and soft plastics including fathead curl tail and pro grub on 1/18 ounce jig head

No problems, the event was organised with Melbourne Seadoo. We only had about 12 locals with skis turn up, I dare say if the weather was better that there would have been a lot more people. ill let you know for sure, I believe there looking at potentially hosting another event is 3-4 weeks time but to be confirmed. Just watch the events page on FishingMad website which will have the details.

Nah, I was lucky enough to be given a Fish Pro 155 for the day as part of hosting the event. Its a very cool watercraft. Does make you think about having one opposed to a boat,

Getting a house loan sorted in July. Then i’ll see where i’m at. Just looks a lot easier and more fun than a boat.
