Best lb spot around Patterson lakes?

Do you guys eat the flatties out of Patterson River? I see a lot of people here reluctant to eat the bream which is fair enough, but I would think the flathead spend most of their time in PPB and just follow the tide into the river?

ive caught flatties on a boat outside the river but id keep them if i caught them in there too, ive kept bream from there too, alot of people do but i dont keep bream anymore due to the fact they take so long to grow. But i love to catch them. Im actually tempted to go down there sometime tomorrow and have a fish and maybe try n get some mullet for bait too.
Its actually looking better than it did a few years back last time i was down there fishing alot.

Went in last night for the tide in. Was quiet as all hell. Got about 2 bites in 4hrs. Nothing big. Was fishing off the jetty in front of the parks Victoria station.
