Fish Kill in Patterson Lakes
Here's a link to some of the photo's from a fish kill that has just happened and happening in the Patto Lakes system.
Unfortunately the weed was getting very thick and sucking all the oxygen out of the water before we got these heavy rains recently.
Unfortunately alot of big Bream have died☹☹☹

Re: Fish Kill in Patterson Lakes
any idea on the numbers of fish rick?
Is it the whole system, or just 1 part/canal area?

It appears to be mainly in the dead ends at the moment over the entire system.repspec wrote:any idea on the numbers of fish rick?

Not exactly sure on numbers yet but it is at least in the 100's.

Re: Fish Kill in Patterson Lakes
Not looking good. The waterway in front of my place feeds into patto and it flooded last night. Does so after every big rain but it's filthier than I've ever seen it atm.

They’re calling for volunteers to go down and perform CPR on the breams, you should head down and help outsmile0784 wrote:Thats not good.
