Fishing at Frankston

Well today I’m going to go for a fish down at Frankston for gars and salmon for future snapper bait or food before the wheather gets bad in the afternoon

Keep eyes onto the sky. If you're fishing with a graphite rod, you may get a little zap. When that happens, run home! :)

If you're chasing salmon off that pier, wait until the weather gets bad and the chop kicks up a bit. Find the stirred up water off the back of the breakers and run a shiny metal a couple of metres on the clear side. High tide is bang on dusk tonight, so if the wind has changed by then that would be a good time.

I don’t think it will help bc I’m landbased and can’t cast far enough still just the one but did hook some sea weed full of sealice

I’ve caught plenty of big snaps lb.
some of my biggest ones a simple 15-20 metre cast with some fresh squid I caught 😃
