Hastings or Stony point tips

Post by FishHunter81 » Sat Sep 16, 2017 7:07 am

Hi guys. Thinking of going to one of these locations late this arvo and into evening on the high tide. Just wondering if anyone who knows the areas well has tips for what can be targeted and from what parts of the piers. Cheers

Cast out deep from stony and you hit a channel. Always see couta caught from there. Pinkies when in season. Saw an early season snapper caught there 2 years ago.

Need a decent size sinker to get out into the deep water and the tide can run.

If you fish around the pilons there are small trevally and leatheries
