good catch!! do you have any particular way of cooking and eating your squid because ive caught a few but always used them for bait wouldn't mind to try some home made calamari

Only two ways of cooking squids.
Really slow in a really low heat or really quick in a really high heat.
Clean and cut them then usually i toss them in semolina flour and deep fry it in a really really hot oil for like 30-50 seconds. Salt and pepper. That's it. Salad or chips on the side if you want it, lemon and sauce and all.
