Water was murky , squid was fresh, hope was high.
Results were poor, but good day of learning .

Get my first gummy some day, just wasn’t meant to be ...
Back to my beer.

Always love reading your reports Aaron.

I felt for you, really did, with the Gummy Doughnut (oups, just in-case a Krispy Kreme employee is reading this , , , , no , , , , don't even think about it , , , , that would be a bad idea , , , , and they would taste awful).

You can hold your head up high as a Gummy Fisherman, you fish for them and as you said "Results were poor, but good day of learning" so it is just a mater of time. Glad you have a positive outlook, "Get my first gummy some day".

Now, until that day comes, here's something to get you by (apart from the beer)

Despite not catching anything you still had a good outcome....advice on the location for the next time. It is also good to see a 'donut' report. Many people can't get past their ego to post details when they weren't a raging success on the water.

On well said , , , , lightheartedly , , , ,

Since smokin hasn't caught a Gummy yet , , , , that makes him Gummyless (but hopefully not for long)
If someone has no penny , , , , that makes them Penny-less
If someone has no clue , , , , that makes them clueless
So , , , , if someone has no shame , , , , does that make them Shameless ????

Depends what you are fishing for. Looks like a decent southerly wind this weekend so I wouldn't be fishing light plastics there, but there are some small salmon and pinkies around. High tide is about 1pm so with a bit of chop from the onshore wind anything could turn up.

Thinking of salmons, whitings if they're still around.
Not sure if gummy/elephant is worth chasing there. I have heavy, medium and light surf rods.
