hey, sorry for bringing up a old thread but im still on the hunt for my first bream. do you reckon there would be much of a chance getting them on lures in there now? what was the lure? Cheers Matari

Haven't fished there, but I think generally the bream are on the bottom in winter. Plastic or vibe maybe.

i've tried that mate, i've messaged a few lure gurus around the area and they said bug plastics. ill have to see where i can get some. Cheers Matari

Have you tried cranka crab? Seems like the ultimate bream lure.

i dont really wanna lose on of them or use them, as one of the lure gurus said they have big teeth and he was explaining that they would eat bug and little mullet. if they were eating crabs they would have dull teeth. Cheers Matari
