Have you guys ever fished Balcombe Creek? If so, what fish can you catch there and what rigs did you use?

Bream and mullet - the usual techniques work for them there, including live baits and soft plastics. Unless of course you're anything like me ... then better stick to bait.

The usual estuary species. If you're bait fishing unweighted is best or a tiny ball sinker for casting distance as there's very little flow. The fishing always has a pattern for any given water and weather condition.

The beach out the front delivers on salmon everytime the mouth of the river first opens for about 12 hours. High tide is much better.

Cut up pieces of prawn, paternoster rig, size 10 long shank hooks = Bream, Mullet, Salmon

No, not that i know of.
This old and shitty picture says otherwise. Can count on 1 hand the total caught in the creek proper though
