Aaaand it’s ****** again according to a vid on Facebook. I guess all the dickheads will have to work out where Dougie fishes until the repairs are completed

Seriously? Im not surprised, it was blowing its head off. I popped down to the local pier to grab a coffee and it was like a surf beach. But honestly, if you are going to put wave breakers on that pier, you need to design it with 40knot winds in mind.

It was never actually repaired from the first time it was damaged after the rebuild. They had only just started preparation for the final fix last week. So it's no real surprise that it was damaged again today.

Hopefully (which is doubtful) after the final repair if it ever happens, it doesn't get damaged to any extend again. Time and weather will tell I guess.

I thought they did put thw wave breakers on the peir over the last 40 knot storm we had a few months back
