i have been going to mornington pier quite a bit over the last 3 months.
Went down last night and caught a couple of undersized pinkies, biggest was about 25cm and the other was like 15cm. Was using paternoster rig with 2/0 circle hooks and calamari strips. i saw someone on the end of the pier catch what looked like a nice sized KGW.
