Mmmm I love my gars as well! I don’t worry about the small tiny bones.
Just butterfly the fillets and shallow fry them. Bloody beautiful :thumbsup:

Not a bad bag there denis!
The ones I get are also from Bonza but the packaging looks a bit different.
Been awhile since i have bought some. Maybe they changed it.

You be trying for some gars?

Would you mind telling me which servo that was? Was going to go fishing for some gar yesterday but couldn't find any silverfish anywhere!
