Bag of squid

Had a fish from the rocks early this morning and bagged out, put seven back and left them bitting they were only small but got a feed and some bait.[img]

Nice, there's been a few bags of squid caught lately. Is this the time they start migrating to breeding areas or something? Or are the ones from eggs laid in spring last year just now getting to a catchable size?

Thanks guys I fished for 1hr 30 they were thick and hitting the jig hard only dropped one and most were hooked solid.

Was like that for me yesterday they were smashing the jigs. We would have had our 20 if we stayed but didn't have our lights and the plan was to only fish till before dark.

Yep just the one jig gam craft nether in the 3.5 think that's what it's called, caught a lot on that jig in the past night and day love it.
