hello fished last 2 days at mcaffes reef /ventnor .first day fished 20 meters caught handfull of whiting 40cm plus n handfull of small pinkies , only kept one pinkie .second day fished in close 6 meter for nothing , then back out deep 22 meter for 1 decent gummy n few flathead ,could only fish out for around a hour because of 9 foot tide changes,fished low tide.
was great fishing last 2 days with old man.
highlight of trip was taking 20 month old bubs to see the fireworks at cowes last night. :woohoo:

old man reckons there more bigger fish up the top end , since therir no trawlers in bay . the upside is that not as many people fish up at ventnor ,which makes him happy
