Hi all,
Haven’t been on here in a little while completely forgot about this site lol. But anyway went down to Mornington Peninsula. Got some new jigs before we got to the pier got a good deal for them from rosebud complete angler which was good. Started fishing for squid and someone told us that there was a school of salmon going up and down the pier went to look for them and as I were looking a big pod of Dolphins came up under the pier under me and come up infront of me which was pretty cool to see, didn’t manage any salmon. Stopped to go back in the car as the wind was crazy probs 70k much worse than the holiday that I went on a little while ago if anyone remembers that report. Went to quickly get in the car and my mum was holding my bag she got there before me as I were working the pier for salmon, my mum put around the side of the car for me to put it in the car but I didn’t see it. We left without it... all my gear gone. I had this backpack that I put everything in and had all my gear including a shimano Stradic ci4+ in at this point as I were going to stop at one of my fav spots on the way home for Redfin. That got stolen it only got left for about 5mins. Got some new jigs got helped out a bunch. After that happened I went to Blairgowrie and lost probably 3 squid which is annoying...( getting a net now lol) probably got more than I ever did before now lol
