Great looking fish bet the adrenaline was pumping with those beauties on the line.

Greencape ! make sure your suspension is in good nick Douglas ! last trip I made there years ago the dirt track had ridges across it for most of the way, it was like driving inside a dildo ! maybe there's a good road now ? Good fishing to you buddy hope you get your arms extended .. :rofl:

Absolutely brilliant report and pics.. great fishing by all concerned.. well worth the drive down there too..some ripper fish caught, well done.

Fantastic fishing boys, I envy you, nothing like big Bream to get you shaking eh?
I,ve posted it before but for those looking for a good rule of thumb to gauge weight by measurement on Bream use the following.
A 40 cm Bream will generally weigh a kilo, for every cm over 40 add 100 grams,that 44cm fish would probly be about 1.4 kgs
Of course condition and feed vary but this rule is spot on more often than not.
Check it out if you are lucky enough to snag a bigun.

Catch the fish
and earn the smiles.

Lord,allow me to catch a fish, so large that even I,when speaking of it afterwards.........May have no need to lie !!!
