thanks for posting

going up there in a few days time hopefully we will do half as well as you guys did

did u guys get any crabs on the surf? was thinking of throwing out a crab snare on a surf rod and seeing if we can get any

thanks
No crabs in the surf that I'm aware of but there wasn't a heap of time with one of our baits actually in the water. If you have a 9' combo capable of casting 50g bring that along and spin metals, I out fished the bait fisherman on the beach by a substantial margin.

With what seemed to be a great Weekend and a good range of catch. My question to you, pitching the Swag at 2am, how many times did the thumb cop a wacky.

Cheers, Bugatti
The swag was pitched meaning rolled out and a peg at either end pushed into the ground with my foot.

Some nice fish there guys, got the estuary trifecta too. cracker bream and even better on surface. that's certainly going to be a hard one to top.
i need to dust off the bream gear hasn't been used in a long time..

you can catch the sand crabs off the surf beach, but obviously not on slugs hahaha.

Maz I think you did rather well this time, surprisingly well pegged out.

i think we are bringing a couple big rods up for the surf.
I made a couple DIY crab snares to test out so hopefully there are crabs around and we are able to get on some
