Paynesville report

Post by ango » Tue Oct 15, 2019 4:54 pm

I went out from Paynesville today to see if there were any duskies around. There was only 1 other trailer in the car park when I launched the boat at 8.30 am so I did not get my hopes up that there was a hot bite going on. The water temp was 15.5 C which I think is still too cold. Tries all my usual spots but ended up with the big dreaded donut. It's a bit early yet I suppose, next time I get out it will be going off because I will be interstate for the next month and it should have warmed up by the time I get back.
Cheers
Ango.

Yeah lake is still too cold. Tyers is starting to warm up in the shallows and a few flatties are getting caught.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.
