Can anyone tell me if you can launch boats from the boat ramp at taylors lake near Horsham. Are the fish biting.

You should be able to.

I nearly always find Taylor's Lake good for a fish or two (mind you I just usually chase Carp) you just might have to move around until you find a spot that is 'popping'.
