Loddon river

I have just watched KD fishing video U Tube posted yesterday . He has caught some nice yellow belly & Cod over 2 days .the Loddon is looking good for fishing coming up Xmas.There is a boat ramp on the Bridge water Maldon rd sign posted ,which which allows you to fish without speed boats and skiers annoying you.cheers gus :a_goodjob:

Matari , yes all his fish are caught using lures or soft plastics he is a top angler and gives out tips as well.

Take care on that ramp, it is reasonably steep.
An electric motor is almost a must along this great stretch of river.
I''m leaving tomorrow for a 2 week trip to the area, will have a gander at Cairn Curran and Lanacoorie as well,
if the gold is scarce.

You also have to navigate a sweeping bend while reversing,so can be a challenge for a novice.i also chock the wheel while launching the boat from the trailer.
