Mate, can't wait for summer when they're firing up, we should do a full on fishing trip til we get one on surface! Or two! Not going home till we get boofed!

Hi guys I’m heading up to Murchison for a bit of a cod fish never been there can anyone give me a area I should be fishing around and what the waters like. I really wanna find some skinny water for lures but will also try some cheese aswell if lures don’t do well
Cheers oli

There are numerous spots off River Road that you can fish the Goulburn at Murchison. The area is generally quiet snaggy but there are some monster cod in the area. Be aware of the snakes mate!

Is it skinny water along there? And can I walk the bank for ages or do I have to walk through bush?

It's a mix if I could remember correctly. Better be prepared and you'll see when you get there.

Yes it fairly skinny water around that area, you can definitely walk the bank to flick lures and move spots but as i said bring some gumbies.
