went fishing at a secretive dam with my fishing club we caught about 15 carp and about 10 yellas biggest would off been around 45cms it was good to catch my first fish and they put up a good fight the little buggers

sounds nice! i've just been fishing for yellas in my friends dam this weekend for the first time. we caught 5 on 55gm stumpjumpers. i'm a complete novice when it comes to yella fishing, as are my friends, what methods or lures can people suggest for me for future attempts? it is a big dam, so fishing from a boat is possible, but most of the time i will be land based. would appreciate any advice!
