Anglesea this weekend, Any Fish?

Looking to go for a bit of a fish. Any suggestions as to where to go? preferably close and don't mind what species I'm chasing, preferably something that will be caught aha

The river has loads of small bream and the odd good size one and any of the beaches along there should get a few salmon

Any updates on the fishing situation in anglesea river?

Probably the best time of year to fish the river going on previous years, they should be in spawning mode but getting through the little ones is going to be a problem, any bait will catch you small bream in there but if you can get hold of some really big freshwater yabbies you might snag a good size one ;-)
