A few salmon on sunset

Post by 4liters » Sun Aug 05, 2018 8:27 pm

I went down to my local spot this evening, high tide coincided with sunset which was nice. I found a school of salmon in close and spent 20 minutes throwing a lure at them. I got a number of hits, hooked about half a dozen and landed four. I took one home for tea and threw the rest back after a quick photo

I got them from eBay, if I remember I’ll link the store when I get home tonight.

Why give them away? They work great, the balls create a better wake than standard slugs when running the lure on the surface
