Clifton springs today.

Post by Gozzy63 » Fri Aug 30, 2019 3:43 pm

Friday 30-8-19
Clifton springs this morn. Magnificent weather, rigs right wind right tide right. No fish!
Even drift fishing right now at 3:45 pm and no flathead?
Been in at 3-5 meters and couldn’t pick up one whiting with 5 different spots. No one else catching either from what we can see. Everyone moving every 10 mins.
Anyone else having better luck?

Sometimes everything lines up and nothing.
I’ve had that experience many times.
Hopefully some luck comes your way soon :)

Didn't go out today but I've been getting a few kgw in the grass between Curlewis and Leopold, that is if I can get a bait past the all the little Pinkies. Overcast days are usually better IME.
