ok I will throw it out there, did you make an effort to clean the blood and scales etc from the pier, In these changing times "image" is everything, and I don't think its a great look

Fair point...the blood is from when the old man ripped the throats out to bleed the salmon.....
Since it was not my doing then I felt no responsibility to clean ...
And yeah watching old bleeding salmon still alive was not the best,,,,,scales who cares dont bother me
My salmon ,are stored for bait and few for neighbour...

I'll play devils advocate. Australian Salmon are pretty vulnerable to over fishing and they don't eat well enough to take more than a feed for the next 24-48 hours. I found that picture of fish everywhere a bit confronting tbh. I absolutely respect you in that I'm certain you only took your limit but I just don't like it. Hope my opinion isn't taken as an attack.
