Clifton Springs - 7/04/2024

Post by Andrews » Mon Apr 08, 2024 8:37 pm

Hey all,

Punched out for a quick session, couldn't spend more than two hours on the water.
Launched 7am, back in by 9am.
Light winds, overcast, cool temp. Getting chilly!

Heading straight out from the ramp 2.5 - 3.0m chasing calamari.
Caught six, kept five. All were super timid, and would strike on the drift.

Cheers

Yeah, has been keeping crystal clear which is aways nice.
Loving it now that I'm more confident in the kayak, loading it on the car, and being on the water.
Punching out weeky now which is great for fresh seafood!
