portarlington pier 22nd aug

Post by Nude up » Tue Aug 22, 2017 5:22 pm

I had to come to portarligton for a few days and this afternoon went to the pier to chuck a few lures around and have a bit of a walk. There was a few other fishos around a few small salmon were being caught nothing to get excited about. I picked up a couple of small salmon barely legal. As I was working my way around they were working a new landing / wave breaker I must have spent 30 mins watching and talking to the workers they had a diver under the pier working you could hear his radio calls I thought to my self what a great job.

This is at the end of the pier for large boats to load unload its before the rock wall starts
