I got sent a picture of a boat being towed in at Werribee only the bow sticking out any info

On the sunken boat being towed , , , , a sunken boat , , , , or better said as a submerged boat/vessel is normally called a submarine , , , , so I had a very close look at your photo.

I think you may have captured evidence of a submarine invasion
