diamond creek

has anyone had any success in diamond creek lately? I walked it today in the likely spots and couldn't see any carp sign - surely they haven't all left! maybe it's just too cold to move them ?

found 'em. in both diamond and plenty today. sight fished to them in holes that last weekend were quiet. scared a dozen more in each hole where I hooked them. used a salt fly rod and black nymph, which they chased.

+3 today, first 3 of 2015.

Great news! Man last week was shitter weather i tried new spots like the tim neville aboretum n gardiner creek n had no results i know a few holes in the plenty that jave some nice 2pounders n up but atm got my mind occupied on western port i should cull the local river back a bit soon tho

Hey guys, can any body point me to a good spot in the area, (greensie/doreen region) to catch a fish, any fish I don't min just want to catch my first fish!!! Lol any help would be hugely appreciated! Was lucky enough to get a rod from the wife for Valentine's Day, I just want to put it to use!!
