Had a go at the lake to the left of bowens rd off wells road. Used dough at 2 bank spots one with a tree 5m out and an island thing of trees and reeds 20m out. Not a nibble. Went to try the lake next to the café, on the way I read several signs saying not to feed the ducks  Kinda defeated the purpose of using dough so I called it. Might head down to compleat angler in Dandenong, a few of the workers fish there so they could help me out hopefully.
You know what you'd rather be doinnnn

Patience is a virtue. Use scrubbies or corn..
If I'm not fishing, I'd rather be fishing!

sorry to burst your bubble guys... i just read the body corporate papers. "Fishing is strictly prohibited throughout these estates." Bit of a drag as I'm sitting at the lake with my rods ready.

Cheers Steve
I dropped anchor because I wanted to go south a few km, guy I was fishing with wanted to go north a few km so we just dropped it there after an argument. Haha. Ended up getting 26 whiting over 42cm, a couple of gummies and a bunch of other things in the next couple of hours. New spots pay off sometimes haha
