Good job, the small streams are always good after some rain too, that's a nice looking one you fished and it gave up plenty..
Like you said, not big fish, but always fun to catch and like all river fish great battlers..

Looks great in the tributaries - I was in Shep on Monday and crossed the Goulburn a few times to check it out in the way back to Melb, looked like mud flowing down. Sad state to see it like this in hot days, it’ll heat up quickly and kill off the trout along with a few other fish. With eildon so high atm, they should let some fresh water go

The trout will be buried down liw in tbe fast water

I would have thought the would follow the cold water coming in from tributaries and live in the lower section of them for a bit
