Bad weather! carping saves the day!

Yesterday the weather was a bit chilli. Didnt feel like going to altona piers. went to the cherry lake and caught a decent carp on the corn kernels.
gave it to a asian guy. he was quite happy! cheers!

Well i caught a bigger one than this from the same lake back in 2015. That was a yellow monster. But tasted really bad. Since then i never actually ate carp.

Mate, if you are going to guess, guess it up ;-) I would say 3 kilos. And if I got the gang from CSI ADELAIDE, I'm sure with their laser pointers, their photographic analogy, data base, fish recognition software , , , , I'm sure they would easily say 4.56 kilos :-D
