$14.99 at my local. I'd say some others would be around the $12-13 mark. Only 2.2gm but they did the jobRod Bender wrote:I am guessing the price tag on the Strike Pro lures is not that bad either?ducky wrote:Yesterday I used the new strike pro baby archback in brown trout for a bit of success. 5 small browns.

Re: lures for trout
They seem to be a nice little lure, plus they proved they work too. Well done.

Nice fish, would you mind sharing the location or is that under wraps?ducky wrote:$14.99 at my local. I'd say some others would be around the $12-13 mark. Re: lures for trout
I have the view that if members wanted to share the location, it would be in the first post! But then I may be proved wrong!!!Master-pro wrote:Nice fish, would you mind sharing the location or is that under wraps?ducky wrote:$14.99 at my local. Re: lures for trout
I have been holding out on you all!!!! The best ever trout lure in the universe is the Panther Martin 'Dressed' spinner! OK, I haven't actually caught a trout on one of these yet, because I haven't used them in decent trout waters. The one time I did use them was to try them in the local channels after Redfin. These spinners work like a charm!
The odd thing about this spinner is the shaft actually goes through the blade! This virtually eliminates line twist! There are other brands as well that have this design. The blades rotate at a slow speed also - as in the blade will still rotate at a slow retrieve speed. I am sure it will work on the trout!
thanks

It may be an idea to start a thread in the 'For Sale' section.Redgum wrote:If anyone wants any Rapalas feel free to send me a pm and if I have them most will only be $19 plus postage.

Re: lures for trout
Cheers Jim. Might just do that even though I didn't join up to flog gear. Merely trying to help fellow fishers out with hard to locate lures.
