Good fishing session today at Barwon heads

Went to Barwon heads with my partner today, got a good feed with pilly as bait, was a very fun session, threw back about 8,9 undersize silver trevally

P/s: going to try queens cliff tomorrow myself, can anyone recommend me any tips of where can I get some trevally and salmon there? Thanks so much.

Nice bag, the queenscliff pier is good for squid, if you want trevally fish the cut can be frustrating high current and sometime very weedy, best spots turn left at the maritime museum there is a wharf, and eastern end of the marina near 360 degrees near the fence seperating the marina and the car ferry.

that true bowl, i hate them as well, stole heaps of my bait, but they taste good ^^
