Torquay fishing report

Nice day for a fish off Torquay with my stepson as crew. Another easy launch in between a couple of other boats that weren't finding it quite as easy..... Motored around to the edge of the bells beach marine park and started fishing. Fish were constant all day - the ever present wrasse, large number of pinkie snapper, keeping 4 at just size and one very good 45cm specimen, one 40+cm kg whiting, numerous mackerel,a couple of salmon, 2 trevally and a couple of rays n pj sharks to round out the day. All up a very successful day, with a strong northerly keeping conditions flat back at fishos for an easy retrieve.
Cheers, Mat.
