Fished the dropping high tide at Bancoora flicking Berkley Squid Vicious plastics.
Only managed to land one small Aussie Salmon around the half a kg mark and lost a couple about the same size in the building surf.
Tried hurling out a metal slug to get some more distance and clear the sets without any luck.
Made it back to the car dry before the front hit.

I have never really had much luck there. Did you fish the left or right looking out from the lookout?

Left of the Lookout, fish seemed to be half way along the beach next to a new bank.
Usually find the fish up in the far left third of the beach.

I usually head to the right hand side.
Might give that left side a go next time.
