Barwon Heads Salmon - 12/11/2023

Hey everyone,
Sharing a report chasing a few more salmon on light gear and plastics,
Conditions:
Clear skies, full sun, 218C, 10.00am - 11.30am
Clear run in tide
Plastics: Zman 2.5" Slim Swimz, Smoke Holographic, Bait Junkie jig head 1/8 1O
There has been huge numbers of bay trout from that ~21cm mark upwards to 30cm hunting the shallows on the run-in tide.
Casting where the water is foaming, or has debis in the current has been key. Plenty of fish holding on the drop off.
Caught and released maybe 20 between two people,
