Bream fishing in the hopskins
Hi all
As some of you know i were going to warnambool. We were staying at the big4 holiday park for 3 nights since my mum was working in warnambool. We were right on the river so i could do alot of fishing. I started fishing on the second day. I got my first fish at the last jetty at jubilee park it was a 5cm salmon hoping to get something larger i switched to bait and doubled the size with a 10cm salmon. Then i moved on to the first jetty and right away l got a 30cm bream then we started to get fish after fish biggest a 34cm bream. The third day i went to the same spot and there were baitfish jumping around everywhere. The bite slowed down and we only managed one in 2 hours but then the bite picked up again and we managed to get 13 bream the biggest being 35cm.

All the rest on shrimp

I had to dive on that first jetty to save a rod last week, phone cane out of pocket and straight over the side and sunk to bottom. Saved rod and caught the fish wasn't worth it.

Good work buddy, :a_goodjob: cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
