How it goes...? Gets inhaled by the oldest and youngest daughters...I wouldn`t get your bloody fingers in the way mate...lol...It`s very good to be honest, the belly flaps are particularly nice...
Carl..

And FC, try washing the sand off next time mate...
LOL. Sand helps digest the food.

I was comparing tuna with salmon. admit it, salmon sashimi is "crunchy". The meat is so firm and shiny with the colors of the rainbow.

Actually mate, I much prefer Atlantic Salmon to Tuna as Sashimi...I do like the Aussie Salmon though, sliced nice and thin, bit of soy, touch of green lava, job`s a good `un. Any really fresh fish works I think...you tried Garfish...? sensational.....

Yup, as long as it`s fresh...works well. Remember doing a trip on Big Blue, (out of Sorrento), years ago, all the Jap lads wanted to catch was wrasse...they reckoned it was awesome Sashimi....strange but true..

Yeah, not the most appealing things really..as I said before, the best I`ve had is Garfish....so delicate, it just lends itself to being served as Sashimi

I was in Japan for 9 months one time and went back there 3 more times after that but I never ate raw fish. When we ate in a restaurant with the hot pot in the middle, I cooked my fish. The japs were mad at me because raw fish is more expensive than cooked fish. :roflmao: :roflmao:
