Belated salmon report

Post by Broomstick » Thu Jun 05, 2014 9:23 am

Hi guys,
I popped down to Gunnamatta on Sunday for a quick flick with a mate and managed to get on to a few, biggest just a bit over a kilo. We kept a few, released a few, and lost a few. Was a beautiful night and sunset

Hey mate it's nothing fancy, a shimano stradic fj 4000, 20lb braid and a 9ft 5-8kg shimano ballistix (glorified catana), 20lb leader and 40g gillies slug. This outfit is on the slightly heavy side but I don't spin for salmon much so can't really justify getting something nicer
