That what worries me P5, I'm happy with the ones I use now and if I get the Luvias.. well, then I may like it too much then have to sell my others and replace them all with the Luvias.... could be costly and doubt the '' Boss'' would be impresses either.. Have enough trouble now getting things past here when the Aust Post stops out the front... Don't worry I have looked at the Luvias several times over the past 6 months..

hahah yes thats a problem you will have to overcome with some more luvias unfortunately.
they way i seen it you only live once, and theres no point not buying it cause your scared its a lot better. however in saying that i also drew the line at luvias and no higher cause i cant justify spending more $$$ on reels only.

Yeah I saved the spool and rcs knob. Just waiting for another cheap luvi to pop up on facebook. Luckily my old man has always given me free reign to buy gear on his behalf, and he doesn't mind if I borrow his stella.

Good stuff, luckily you can still use that spool and knob on almost any model Daiwa reels, so its always handy like that.

Just don't do what I did and buy a luvias, use it once, then drive over it with your car...now all I have is the memory of how smooth it was and a very underwhelming daiwa sol

I'm interested to see how the new Sol compares to the current Luvias.

I'm going to upgrading and dropping to a lower gear ratio than my stradics later this year, just waiting to see how the new sol stacks up compared to the luvias. Would love to go higher but when you're using multiples of the same reel it adds up a bit.

I've got a heap of the Nude's but they have constantly been outperformed by the Anaconda homebrand Mojiko's!

I'd be interested to see how their new ones go though...

i dont think ive caught any on the nude jigs, i can only remember getting squid on the normal cloth emeraldas jig which i have one off.
the stream rattles look and feel nice, lets see if they will work for me.
