some fishing charters are crap......

Went on a fishing charter. paid $110. 6am - 11am apparently. Started fishing just after 7am. Kept on moving coz there were no bites. These idiots had 3 rods at back of boat set up for marlin, but got told not to touch rod if the reel goes off ????? :shock: Adjusted the drag on my reel because after a move was getting hits. Got told not to touch the reel. :down: Drag tightened back up. Lost a couple of good fish coz of these waynkers that supposedly know everything. wacko Moved around again, no bites. Moved again and back at the marina at 10.45am. So whats that, 2.5 - 3 hrs fishing? Farken crooks. Thats my rant. :wall: Wouldnt **** on his boat even if it was on fire. Cheers

It wasnt here in Vic but still annoyed me. They were called ######## Fishing. They are Qld based. Should be called ####### pinching.........your money :thumbsup:

That's a shame , 'some' of these charters are only in it for you paying for fuel and bait, so they get a free fishing trip.
They aren't all like this , in over 25 years i've only had 2 bad charters i can remember. Better luck next time / live and learn , cheers.

There is one bad charter operator in St Kilda area. They target flatheads during snapper season.... please note that their boats dont dock in St Kilda pier.
