Open/ Closed season Retreat on the Rubicon

Open/ Closed season Retreat on the Rubicon
I was thinking organising either a "closing season retreat" from 6-8th June or "open season retreat" 5-6th September, but just wondered what the best approach was to invite keen fly fishing folks and their families? I would love some suggestions. I'm thinking of a camp based on the Rubicon River.
