Brilliant review of a reasonably priced & quality light weight fly rod for any one wanting to get into fly fishing there Truedogz.. I'm sure the advice you've given with this write up will help them immensely... good to see it's easier on the arm as well.. casts of 12-14 meters is quite ample for river fishing too... good luck with it and hope to see you pull in a few fish when you hit a river... :fish22:
cheers
Adrian

Re: Redington Classic Trout Fly Rod
Nice review Truedogz, Redington are making some very decent mid range gear these days.
I'm still using the Redington 6wt 9'6" combo that I bought a few years back when i first started fly fishing.
I mainly use it on lakes these days as I've since picked up a nice 4wt for river fishing but it's still going strong.
